I am a retired analytical chemist and still maintain a set
of programs for quantitative X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry
for samples of finite thickness (xrfcombi)
and multilayers
( xrfmul )and a program for calculating chemical
equilibria (equil)
that can be downloaded from this site.
